I love the vitamins but this service is no longer available to the UK??
I’ve gone onto the website and scrolled down to the delivery for the UK and it doesn’t deliver to the UK no more?? Why is this??
Can you check and get back to me as I really want more vitamins for my whole family

Love this brand and its glowing skin shots. Been taking it for years. But couldn't order it anymore online now. They disappeared. Why? Very shame.

This company have taken my money.
I then chased dispatch as it had been a week! Not 3 days as said!
They then said they'd dispatch the end of the week.
End of week came. Can't dispatch until beginning of next week!
Beginning of that week arrives and still not dispatched. I've chased for an update but my emails aren't being answered now. Shoddy!
I was really looking forward to having my parcel before Christmas. Now I'm out of money and have nothing.

Item arrived very very late but as compensation I received a few freebies. Not a bad apology for tardiness. I had also received an explanation for slow delivery via email. Well-behaved company it must be but as this was my first ever order, it should have gone better. However, the proof is in the trying out the pills so fingers crossed they live up to their reputation.

Bought 2 gift sets in the Black Friday sales and order was “still processing” after a week. Emailed to ask for an update and was told it will arrive but have no timescales. A week later still no change in status so I asked for the order to be cancelled and get refunded. I wouldn’t mind waiting if there was some of communication and an indication on delivery, but there was nothing!!! Very disappointed. Yet they are still using influencers on Instagram to advertise!

My only positive would be that the refund came through the next day.

Ordered my product BEFORE Black Friday without any discount, paid £4 for delivery and still haven't received the evening of 9th December with no sign of despatch. Customer services have done nothing but say "sorry we are backed up from black Friday" and nothing else, no indication of the length of delay and in the meantime I'm £17 put of pocket for my daily vitamins. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, 2-3 day delivery. Still nothing. Not even a dispatch notice and yet I keep getting emails telling me to review! I’ve emailed and told them I still haven’t received my 3 tubs of gummies (funny that there is never any delay in taking your money) and still no dispatch notice. So here’s your review, terrible, don’t waste your money.

The hair skin and nail gummies I received are very nice, the offer when I ordered was that any order would receive free multivitamin gummies. Unfortunately I did not receive these. I have emailed customer services who apologised and said they would send some out to me, however I’ve yet to receive them. That is why I have given the score above. This now makes me reluctant to make any further purchases.

Ordered from this company during Black Friday, email received to say delivery would be in 3 to 5 days but 10 days later, I’ve had no order dispatch number or confirmation email even though money has been taken from credit card. I’ve emailed to seek an update and they advised it will be dispatched soon but couldn’t confirm when. Don’t promote something if you can’t deliver the goods. And certainly don’t take money until you’ve dispatched the order! Never ordered from this company before and this doesn’t bode well for my future business.

Horrible delivery service once again.
I ordered the product Friday the 25th November (2/3 days delivery) and the product didn't arrive yet.
No follow up emails have been sent with a status of the order or a tracking number.
Second time in a row this happened.
First time I thought was a casualty and I gave to the Company a second chance.
After this I will never ever order again from them.
It's a shame because the product is very good.
Better to find an other provider ;)

Still waiting for my order, even though I paid express delivery a week ago, have raised this and due a refund of the delivery charge I paid but very disappointed 1st time customer, will I purchase again, maybe not. Edited after receiving the below reply, I can confirm my order was placed before black Friday and I am still awaiting the delivery over a week later.

AMAZING. The ingredients with the hemp, pea and pumpkin seed is such a refreshing alternative. Let alone the amino acids and the mushrooms

I love the cacao hazelnut and the vanilla cinnamon, however the salted caramel one is not as nice at the others and often benefits from peanut butter or another flavour mixed in

I brought the starter pack of the vegan shakes cuz I’m lactose intolerant & found these were great, they tastes delicious, not gritty like some shakes I’ve tried in the past, they’re on a 70% off at the moment so are a good “try me price”. They do run out January 2022 through I’m sure they’ll go over that date & not run out right away!
Would & have recommended to others. Great price to. Would like to see more flavors through, especially a coffee one!

Beautifully packed, nicely packaged and product seems good. Seems good value for money. But seemed to take several days, a week, possibl more, without any notification what was happening. I was about to chase up to find out what was happening when it finally arrived. Delivery communications could be improved and could be faster. I guess we've all been spoiled by Amazon.

Since hearing about Swiss products, I was happy to receive my blackcurrant gummies which are delicious. I am 2 weeks into taking them on a daily basis and can feel a difference in my skin already. Plus I tried the free protein shake ( hemp pea and vanilla ) and can say it was the nicest flavour. Love the fact these products are so cheap yet so yummy. I have just ordered more ! Forever a customer now..
